Our classes start with a brief introduction and then
outline the objectives of the class. The instructor then receives feedback from the
students as to their expectations of the class to ensure their expectations are met.
During the class our instructors make use of a white-board, large television monitor,
overhead projector and
hands-on computer examples. The training material contains examples and small tasks
including screen illustrations, keystroke movements, and step-by-step exercises to be
monitored by the instructor. The instructor allows questions during the class and
encourages a question and answer period before each exercise.
Courses are designed to cover 3 to 6 hours of classroom instruction depending on the needs (and level)
of the class. Before the end of the course students are required to demonstrate a level of
proficiency of the course's contents.
Students are provided with instructor
evaluation forms and asked to evaluate the instructor
at the end of the course. All evaluations are reviewed and used as a guide to maintain the
highest level of software training standards possible. |
