Class Coupon
Agreement
Right Track is
committed to making your employee’s computer training experience
pleasant and rewarding. In order to serve you better please read the
following information. Contact Right-Track if you have any questions.
Your employee(s) must enroll using an
authorized coupon number or they will not be eligible for membership
pricing. Please have your employee(s) arrive at Right-Track 15
minutes prior to the class start time to ensure proper check-in and
seating. If they are more than 15 minutes late for class, their seat
may be given away. If they anticipate being late, please call and
notify a Right Track representative and their seat will be held up to
30 minutes from the start of the class. If they are more than 30
minutes late, they may be asked to attend the next available class.
Coupons are good for all one day,
regularly scheduled 6-hour classes listed in the quarterly schedule.
Coupons are received on a first
come, first serve basis. Seating is limited. We urge your employees
to register for classes as soon as possible by using Right-Track’s
website:
http://www.right-track.com/calendar.htm.
If a class is full when registering,
your employee will be notified and asked it they wish to be placed on
the waiting list. They will be notified and placed in the next
available class.
Upon registration your employee will
receive an email confirmation. In the event the employee does not
receive a confirmation he/she should call Right-Track to ensure
registration information has been received.
It is the responsibility of the
employee to present his/her coupon information when registering. In
the event of a lost coupon an employee may be asked to sign a Coupon
Responsibility Statement which states that the coupon must be
presented to Right Track Accounting Department within five business
days. Failure to do so will result in a billing to the Company for
the price of the class.
Cancellation
Policy - If your employee cannot attend a class for which they hold a
reservation, please notify Right-Track at least three (3) business
days prior to the date of the class. A $25 cancellation fee may be
assessed per class if they fail to give at least three (3) business
days advance notification. The $25 fee must be paid before they will be
allowed to attend future classes.
Coupons
purchased under this agreement are valid for (1) year following the
issue date. These coupons are non-transferable and can not be
exchanged in the event the expiration date has lapsed.
